Lisa's heart pitter-pattered in her chest as she parked her car in the parking lot of the new hospital. After a few months of being away from the workforce because of family issues, she was finally able to land this job unexpectedly. "Deep breaths, Lisa. You've done this before, and you can do it again." She gave herself a pep talk, fingers tapping against her steering wheel while she took deep breaths to calm herself. After about ten minutes, she checked the time, nodding at herself. "Let's get today started."

Alliance Hospital was one of the biggest hospitals around, and it was located right at the edge of the city. Getting a job at Alliance hospital was very difficult because they retained all of their staff for years, hardly ever hiring new hands. With the start of this new job, Lisa knew that she had to impress everyone, down to even the janitors, and she had prepared herself for it, putting on her pair of lucky green scrubs.

"You must be the new girl, Lisa, right?" The receptionist with long eyelashes asked, looking down at Lisa with a cold expression. Apprehensively, she nodded, making sure the wide smile never left her face.

"Yes, I'm Lisa Mendez. Today's my first day and—"

"Nurse Jess, please come here." the receptionist cut Lisa off midsentence, looking over her shoulder at a nurse that was giggling at a magazine.

"Yes?" the nurse drawled in a very dramatic tone, getting up and walking gingerly to the front of the desk. Lisa's eyes nearly fell out of their socket when she laid eyes on the blonde with voluminous hair and large tits.

She was dressed in bright pink scrubs that had such a low neckline, exposing her very large breasts to the entire world. With every step forward, her massive jugs shook in front of her. Lisa nearly got lost in the mounds of flesh, only catching herself once the nurse started to speak again. "Please take the new girl on a tour or whatever. I've got so many things to do in so little time." The receptionist waved Lisa off before picking up the ringing phone and answering with a cheery tone as if nothing had just happened.

"Well, are you coming along or should I go back to reading my magazine?" Nurse Jess asked Lisa in the thickest valley girl accent the Latina had ever heard, but it didn't surprise her. As they made their way down the hallways of the hospital, Nurse Jess droned on with information, sighing loudly every time they approached an elevator or the stairs, as if she would rather be anywhere else than waste her time and giving a tour. While they walked, Lisa noticed that she was being stared at. She expected it, being a new staff and all, but it still made her a little anxious as the eyes of people around her burned holes into her scrubs.

To ease off some of the tension, she attempted to start up a conversation with nurse Jess but was only met with one-worded answers and more often than not, complete silence.

"This is doctor Kofi's office. He's in charge around here so you have to go in and see him." Nurse Jess came to a halt in front of a tall, grey door. True to her words, it had "Dr. Kofi" written in large steel letters on it.

"Good luck." The blonde said before turning around and sashaying away. Of everything she had said to Lisa, this seemed to be the nicest sounding one. "Nothing can get weirder than that," Lisa assured herself. She brushed the invisible dust off of her scrubs and knocked on the door.
