The Lifestyles Enforcement Agency(LEA) is more expansive than it appears. There are departments within the agency to handle different aspects of its purview.

Division One handles marriages and have records of all ceremonies throughout the states. It has the power to perform marriages.

Division Two handles prostitution and have put into place many health and safety regulations that must be followed. They also are in charge of license distribution for the many whores, pimps, and madams. Any legal whore must be implanted with an ID chip in their abdomen and RP chips on their ovaries.

Division Three handles the sexual freedom issues. This division has looser guidelines as the laws of many states don't coincide with each other. They keep records of mutual consent contracts for the more risky sexual practices. They also handle public nudity. People who live in any state that allows public nudity, which are now twenty-two, are eligible for nudity licenses. There are several secret and not so societies.
