''Thank You all for Coming, as you all Know my name is Bruce Wayne, and this Past Year has been Trying not just for Me or for Gotham, but for every Man, Woman and Child who has Ever set foot in Gotham. I have Seen a Man I once considered my unofficial Brother Fall to the Allure of meting out Criminal Justice, I have seen this city betrayed, and in spite of it people like the Batman and his Team have shown that There are those who would Do both whatever it took and what was right for this City. It's time I Did the same, I will Be what the Batman Cannot, The Man who protects this City in the Light! I will show the People of this city that the Rich and Powerful care more about themselves. Which is Why I have officially decided to Run for Mayor of Gotham. But I will not Buy my Way in! Because I want this to be Open and transparent. I want the People of this City to give me the Power to Make more Meaningful Changes, and I make this Vow: If I should ever abuse or go against the Authority and privileges granted by the Mayors office should I take it, then I can only be absolved by one man, the Batman. But only if he Continues to be a hero in the eyes of this city should that day come. Thank You very much.'' Says Bruce as he leaves and heads over to his Car with the Waiting Selina Kyle. ''Nice Speech Mr Wayne, still can't believe You can be Both Bruce Wayne the Mayor and The Man in Black.'' Says Selina as she and Bruce Share a Kiss. They'd been together for Six Months, and in that time they'd become Engaged. And likewise Catwoman had become the Partner of Batman, he'd have suggested she become something like a Batwoman, but....he was not sure it was wise given how poorly they had first met. Of Course Tiffany had become his Apprentice and Tech Support, and Iman his COO and Field Support, he'd given them Codenames to Signify their New Roles, Tiffany had become Penitence, befitting her Need to Repent for Murdering the Riddler, while Iman had become Saber. He had begun training Iman and Tiffany In Advanced Hand-to-Hand Combat Tech, but mainly Iman was being Trained in Sword Fighting Techniques, While Tiffany had Taken to Designing new Equipment for the GCPD, Mostly new Guns and Advanced Weapons Systems, and New Containment Tech for When the Villains were Subdued, so that the GCPD could be certain that they'd Stay Subdued.

In the End though Many People would come to See that A Man like him would be an effective Leader for the City, he owned Wayne Enterprises, helped to restore the City after Last Years Chaos, and Had the Backing of the GCPD, Agency, and a Small Number of the Criminal Underworlds Biggest Players such as Rumi Mori, Mister Freeze, Bane, and various other Major Players. This way crime would become Actually Organised. But in any case he'd also Erect a new and improved Mental Health Care Facility with the First Inmate being Joker, as in spite of all the Carnage he caused, he needed Help more than Anyone. This Facility would be called the New Gotham Mental Health Hospital for the Mentally Broken and Unstable. A bit long true, but at least it wouldn't be as intimidating as a Name like Arkham Asylum, Very few who were committed in the past were Mentally Unstable until they actually spent a Day inside there. But of course he still intended to Keep his Promise to Freeze.

Back when he had to convince Freeze and Bane of his Usefulness when Infiltrating the Pack, he made a Promise to Protect and Help Cure Freeze's Wife of her Disease. He still intended to Keep it, but after Blowing his cover with them to save Selina, he knew it wouldn't be as Easy to convince this time as before. But he had an Idea of how to smooth things over with Freeze. But he also had to speak with Tiffany about some new Ideas for his Batsuit, he had been forced to switch to an Older Model with next to nothing that would aid in the Modern Age other than Identity Concealment in the Fight with Lady Arkham, as his Original Suit had Been irreparably Damaged, but his current suit still could be improved further. Luckily Tiffany was in the Limo with Iman waiting for him and Selina.

''Still can't believe your Running for Mayor Boss.'' Says Tiffany. ''Well this way I can Better provide for the city as Bruce Wayne. But there is something I've been meaning to run by you Tiffany. The Battle against the Pact has proven that we will continue to face New, and More Bizarre and Dangerous Enemies. So I came up with a Few New Ideas for Some Tech. The Batsuit is good but as always, there are ways to improve it. I was thinking of Adding Multi-Spectrum Lenses into the Cowl, improving on your Fathers Heat and Freeze Vision spectrum. I also thought about Some new Equipment, Old Batarangs won't cut it, need something additional like an Explosive Charge or Something. As for the Suit in General I need something far more Durable but Incredibly Light and Flexible. Think you can Handle it?'' Asks Bruce. ''You know the Answer to that Boss.'' Says Tiffany with a Fiery Determination in her Eyes, and now the Car has pulled up to Arkham Asylum.

''Iman Let's get a Move on, we've got two Appointments to get to.'' Says Bruce as he and Iman get out and enter the Asylum, where a Familiar Face greets them.
