Justine's boss, Wes Mosley, is in charge of programming Bill, although Bill sometimes has a mind of his own. Justine has had just over a year of experience with Mosley Inc., having joined shortly after turning 18. She has been on a large variety of missions, ranging from rescues to assassinations.
