Waking up to the sounds of explosions isn't that odd in the Lucius house. John Lucius is startled and woken up in the early morning by the noise of chanting and volume use explosions being contained in the basement. Johns parents are cult leaders, or something like that, they really are nice people, and they don't force their views on anyone, John thought as he heard the sounds of what seemed to be a lamb being sacrificed. John walked down to the basement, which was really more of a dungeon, too see his parents chanting over an alter. As John makes his way down the stairs a bright flash radiantly flows out of the alter. John! You can't be down here! Screams his mother, Sorry john, we're working on a spell, I think it might not have worked since you came down 'sigh' go back to bed, we'll have to hurry if we want to redo it by our work hours.

John knew better than to ask at this point, and stumbled back to his bed, feeling strange form the energy emitted from the alter.
