Cassie, Cara, and Katie were three bored eighteen year old girls on their Fall Break from school. They were so bored that they decided to explore the town's "haunted house". They had been fooling around in the dilapidated structure for an hour or so, when they found an antique roll top desk. It was locked, but they forced it open, figuring no one would mind since the house was deserted. The only things inside were a note and a jewelry box. Katie grabbed the note while Cara and Cassie argued over who would get to open the jewelry box. The note only had a single line.

"Beware these objects. They will only rain down torments upon whoever finds them."

"What do you make of this?" Katie asked the other girls. "It's just a prank" Cassie said, already prying open the jewelry box. "Yeah, get real Katie" Cara chimed in. "What's in there?" Cara asked.

The three girls peered in as Cassie got the lid open. There were three items in the velvet lined box: a bracelet, a choker, and a ring.

"That's lucky" Cassie said. "One for each of us."

"I guess" Katie said.

"That one's mine" Cara said as she grabbed the choker, and sealed her fate.

Neither Cassie nor Katie noticed as she seemed to space out, her jaw hanging open.

Cassie snatched up the bracelet. "This'll go great with my new outfit" she said as she slipped it on.

She frowned as the bracelet got hot, but it was only for a moment. She passed it off as her imagination. Katie hesitated. She had a bad feeling about this. The ring was nice though, gold with a red jewel.

"Hurry up, Katie" Cassie said, rubbing the wrist the bracelet was on. "I've got to get home."

Katie shouldn't have succumbed to the peer pressure, but she did. She picked up the ring, and slipped it on. What was the strange feeling that had come over her all of a sudden? It passed quickly, but had she gotten a little wet in her panties?

The three girls went outside, said goodbye to each other, and each headed home.
