What many people don't know about nonconsensual sex, is that the victim can get aroused or even cum because of stimulation of the genitals without the person wanting it causing many victims to think they liked the rape causing distress and the rapist to think that the victim is lying about their consent. This can happen against the victim's will as a reflex likely to protect the victims genitals and the cumming might be to provide lubrication or to try to end the rape faster by making the rapist cum.
