So in this story you will choose the role of a Dragon Ball character, and they will be sexually superior to every other character in their story. This will mean they can do whatever they want or whoever they want. Alot of the time everyone will be more than happy to comply with their demands if it means pleasing the main character, and even if they don't they will bite their teeth and and bear it.

You can set your story in any dragon ball era or timeline as long as it uses a canon character as the main protagonist. The nature of their superiority to other characters can really be whatever suits you ranging from naturally that way to even a wish on the dragon balls.
