Introduction

By the year 2030, poverty and wealth inequality had reach an overwhelmingly historic high. The average household had debt that only sunk deeper and deeper. This lead to personal bankruptcy on a widespread scale and houses being repossessed by the banks. Families would be left homeless and broke. All of which lead to black market **** trade in North America.

People sold themselves or their children into slavery to pay off debts. Of course, the government did not approve of this, but could not stop it....so they capitalized on this. With much controversy a new pro-slavery act was introduced, legalizing **** trade. It would be regulated by the government with heavy taxation that only the wealthy could afford.
