The last year of high school and the time spent at college can give young men and women the freedom to explore their desires. Sometimes they decide to go skinny dipping at a friend's house or streak across campus, other times they forget their clothes when changing or loose clothing falls off them unexpectedly. Either way, it this time allows the first spark of exhibitionist desires to start and grow inside until it takes root and blooms into something they can no longer control or hide.
