Penny Pratt, heiress to the once-famous Pratt's Extravagent Chocolate empire, a former friend of ranch operator Freya Featherton, has gone missing after visiting the ranch. The authorities are suspiciously avoiding investigating the estate, so the Pratt family has hired you to get to the bottom of things.

Night falls. You arrive at the gates of the sprawling Featherton Wellness Ranch on the edge of town. There is an intercom kiosk near the gate. Ominous forest crowds in from either side of the main cobblestone path to the gate.
