In 2027, a mad horny scientist unleashed her diabolical weapons in an attempt to turn the world into her sexual paradise. She released two custom-made viruses. one that would affect men, and one women. They rapidly spread to the entire population, brining their effects with them to all but 0.00001% of the population.

For women, the effects caused futafication, causing all women to grow massive dicks, the smallest of futa dicks are around 16in, and they can grow up to even 36in and beyond in some cases, with balls to match the sizes. Their sex drives were increased exponentially, most futas need relief at least 3 times a day, and usually more. The virus also made women on average much taller, the average woman is about 7 feet tall, but they can still range from 6 feet to 8 feet. With this height also came increased strength.

For men, the effects caused feminization, turning all men into sissy feminine traps. The average height decreased to around 5' for them, their faces became much more feminine, all body hair other than head hair disappeared, and they gained nice thick butts and thighs and effeminate flat chests. Men also became less muscular, not being able to bulk up very much. Their insides and stomachs became extremely pliable to accommodate the futas' massive cocks and gallon-strong loads of cum. Femboy penises can range from small, around 2 inches, to large, around 18 inches. The new femboys also became able to be impregnated by futas, with a womb deep in their ass that becomes active when they are penetrated deep enough. Only futas can impregnate femboys, and vice versa. Femboys can still impregnate futas via vaginal sex. Children are also born as either futas or femboys. The virus also improved the human genome such that incestuous pregnancies do not produce birth defects, and as such are not the same taboo they once were.

With all of these factors, it would seem that the new Futa gender was poised to dominate over the new Femboy gender, and they did for a time. For about 20 years following the unrest after the viruses were released, futas became domineering leaders in the new nations that formed after.

But there was one other effect of the viruses that didn't become apparent immediately. The virus for femboys increased their average IQ to 200, with some reaching even 300. This caused the femboys to strike back at their domineering futa overlords with futuristic devices giving them an insurmountable advantage--battle-suits that increased their strength and speed 3-fold, high-tech communications devices, nearly impenetrable armored vehicles, space-age surveillance and orbital strike devices, eventually, the femboys came out on top, and turned the tables.

The year is now 2087, 40 years following the femboy-futa war, and the Femboy gender rules over the Futa gender. Femboys control all governmental institutions; there are several nation-states that formed following the Femboy-futa war, but each are relatively similar in how the Femboy-Futa dynamic works.

Futas have to attend the same schools as the hyper-intelligent femboys, and are subject to the same grading standards. Most Futas will either barely pass with C's and D's, or have to drop out and work as laborers on Femboy-owned farms or in Femboy-owned factories. Some futas with still-decent intelligence may make it as secretaries, who often have to beg their femboy coworkers to get release during work hours. The only other option is for a futa to marry a femboy and become his homemaker wife, caring for the house, cooking meals, and taking care of the children that either she or he gives birth to. Futas are not allowed to hold public office, be police officers, serve in the military, or be put in pretty much any position of authority.

Nonetheless, futas still have their immense sexual needs, but now they are at the mercy of hyper-intelligent femboys. The only way to get their relief is to do as they please. Most femboys dominate the futas they enter into relationships with, demanding their submission for release. For futas, masturbation is hardly an option, it doesn't bring nearly the release as does sex with a femboy. Futas who break the rules are subject to prison sentences, where femboys use special technologies to subject them to long periods of sexual denial as punishment. It is a common practice, though, for some imprisoned futas to have their sentences commuted by being wed to merciful femboys willing to take them in as their wives.

Femboy culture has also developed since the war. Femboys have adopted their girly appearances, usually wearing clothes that used to be associated with women, like skirts and blouses. Even femboy military personnel and police wear skirts as part of their uniform, as do most femboys in government positions. Femboy school uniforms are decidedly girly, even more so than the futas in some places. Another side-effect of the virus was that futas and femboys stopped visibly aging after about the age of 20, aside from graying and whitening of hair, but balding was virtually unheard of. The average life-span is around 120.

Technology has improved significantly, with the femboys having established a base on the moon and performing several Mars missions since the war's conclusion. Televisions have clarity unthought of, internet is faster than ever, and computers and phones have come further as well. All of this, of course, only serves to further and further entrench femboy-domination of the planet.

All in all, it's a femboy's world.
