Gender bender life

You woke up, your head spinning. Looking around you found yourself in a well lit but empty room. Suddenly a throne you did not notice before stood high and tall in front of you. Made of wood, it had elegant carvings resembling major events of past generations. You spot one that showed soldiers sitting in trenches armed with guns. In another, you recognized knights fighting from horses with lances and shields.
The air began to cool so much so, that you were able to see your breath. Silver strings started forming out of nowhere forming a body sitting on the throne. Without a face and no mouth, it started speaking: 'Welcome', it said, echoing in a thousand voices at the same time some were male others female some were old and just a whisper others were young and squeaky. 'Wh-Who are you', you asked terrified of the strange moment you are in. 'I am the lord of the multiverse.', the beings head moved from its neutral position of glaring into the nothingness in front of it to staring directly into your eyes. Despite it not having eyes you felt it cold and all-knowing. 'I have brought you here as I bring everyone here who has met his fate.' A cold shiver moved down your spine. 'A-am I dead?' Instead of the thousands of voices, only one answered, a childish, not to differ if male or female. 'You are.', it said high-pitched. Following that, an old lady continued. 'But do not mourn over your passing.', the voice said, with a comfy making tone. Changing to an old man, that had only a whisper, the being continued. 'I give you a choice to continue your life as a God. But be aware that there is a twist.' Hope was rising in you, as the voice finished. 'What is the twist?', you asked in a yell. Thousands of laughter surrounded you echoing from wall to wall. 'What is the twist?', you yelled again. A shadow emerged from the darkness behind you whispering directly into your ear. 'It will not be the world as you know it or will it be the same you.' The shadow started giggling and vanished into the emptiness. 'What do you mean? What will happen to me?'
An invisible grin appeared on the silver being. 'Let me say it that way, the world is about balance.'
'You will lose what makes you, you.', a voice of a toddler said. 'You will miss a thing that you once called yours.', an old lady said. 'But do not worry, we will protect it here with us.' You still did not know what they meant. A boy moaned. 'You do have difficulties understanding things, do you?', he said. 'We will change your gender as soon as you depart into the universe you have chosen to be a God in.', a girl with an annoyed voice explained.
