It's been several years since the epidemic broke out, effecting everyone in the world nearly simultaneously. Due to its symptom free nature, at least initially, as well as the quick incubation time and airborne transmission vectors, the whole world was infected by the time the first signs began to show in earnest. It had some official designation, H1W1 or some such, but everyone began to call it the whore virus.

While slow to onset, the virus exploits a weakness in the X chromosome to attack the brain, causing the patient's IQ to sink lower and lower over several weeks, finally resulting in a seemingly permanent coma. While everyone on the planet appeared to have contracted the virus, only the women seemed to suffer in any way from the mental degradation, or really suffer at all. Not only that, but it was quickly discovered that women who swallowed semen regularly were immune from the virus' effects. Something about exposure to the Y chromosome, even through ingestion, kept the virus at bay.

This discovery, as well as lack of progress on any sort of cure, led to rapid societal change on the scale that the world had never seen before. First it became a mercy, if not a necessary medical procedure, for the doctor to administer semen as a life saving measure. Meaning the doctors worldwide began jerking off into their coma patient's mouth to wake them up. Next they began prescribing blow jobs, or at least swallowing cum, to every woman on the planet.
