The Joker had been going through a form of insanity, unlike anything the world had seen before, So bad in fact, that it resulted in the deaths of countless well-known heroes and villains, with the most noticeable casualties being that of The Joker and Batman. But ever since the world had recovered from the said attack, There was now a gap in the hero and villain system with it being ripe for the pickings, whether that be from already known heroes and villains rising up through the ranks of their respective enterprises. Or new blood in the game in which new empires can rise and fall or join up together, whether that be with the old or with the new guard.

And now here we are, Not even a full year off of Jokers attack, and people are already scrambling for power and to gain a foothold in this new world. This is where you come in.
