As the sun begins to rise, Ephina finds herself standing on the deck of a small trading ship. The journey had been long, months of carriages, ship rides, and traveling by foot, but she could see her final destination on the horizon. Salt's Peak.
The city of Salt's peak was a bustling trade town on the edge of the empire. Named after the large while rocks that jut up out of the water in it's bay, it was the perfect place to make a name for herself. She wasn't just going to help people, she was gonna be remembered as one of the greats.
She heads below deck to collect her things. Money was tight every since leaving her arcane studies behind, and was all but gone after paying her way on this ship. She did still have quite a few nice things, a trunk of clothes, a satchel of books to stay sharp on her studies, and a small ruby necklace that helped her focus her magic.
She could hear the muffled shouting of orders above deck as the ship was more and more still. She leaves her tiny bunk behind, climbing the steep stairs as the boat was finally docked. Truth be told she was glad to be off the boat, being the only woman on board had garnered her a good deal of attention, and led to a lot of frustrating encounters.
Still, she was finally here. She Gazes out into the city, wondering what life would await her in this bustling city!

A few notes as you go forward!
As the game progresses, you will be given opportunities to both gain and expend INNER FLAME. How you expend it is through the use of your magic, the bigger the effect, the more it will drain. On the other hand, you may regain your INNER FLAME through actions that align with the impulsiveness of fire mages which will often lead you precarious situations in-and-of themselves.
Every time you gain or spend INNER FLAME, your body will heat up and your lust meter will build. Be careful not to let it get too high or you'll lose yourself in lust (of course you could always do your best to make sure that happens often~). How you alleviate that lust is pretty self explanatory so we don't need to get too into that.
Lastly, progression will be broken up into multiple side stories. These stories have no canonical links to one another to keep things from getting too complicated. Several of which will involve "bad endings" which will force you to reevaluate your choices and try over again!
