“This carnival is amazing mom“

Jasmine looks at you with a smile.

You feel happy as you were not sure your teenage daughter would like to visit the carnival with you.

When you heard a carnival would be visiting …. you decided it would be great for some mom and daughter time together.

Both of you were amazed by the carnival. Quite a distance outside the town the event is enormous. Clowns with painted faces amuse the crowd and there are all sorts of acts, ranging from juggling to lion acts.

Everything at this carnival seems so perfect you are surprised when Jasmine tells you the two of you are already here for two hours.

Jasmine and you walk through the crowd as you two manage to find the restrooms.
You notice a bar nearby.

“ I will order some juice at that bar, I see you there“ you say as you point at the bar.

Jasmine puts her thumb up as she smiles at you before she disappears in the restroom.
It takes some time but then the waitress brings you two glasses of juice.

Surprised you notice Jasmine is not here yet.

As you check your phone you notice that there is no signal out here.

You wait for five more minutes but you do not see her and you start to doubt if she even left the restroom.

With an uncomfortable feeling you go to the restroom.

You look around and check all the toilets but you cannot find her.

Leaving the restroom you frantically look at the crowd but it seems like she has gone up in thin smoke.

Where is she?

Where is your daughter?

Considering your options you think about your course of action.

-Check the bar to see if anyone has seen her there
