A new law called the Secure from Terrorisom and Realated Issues Protections (STRIP) Law just passed and was set to take effect August 1. No one who had a hand in drafting it was willing to talk about it. All anybody would say was that it would keep us safe from any terrorists, foreign or domestic, by making sure no one is hiding anything, anywhere.

The law had three principle clauses:

1) Everyone is subject to a complete strip and cavity search by authorities at anytime, in any place.

2) Anyone who resists or doesn't comply with the orders of the authorities relating to the search will be subject to punishment at the discretion of said authorities.

3) A person shall not be permanently harmed by any search or by any punishment connected to a search.

Since the law was so vague, no one knew what could and couldn't be done during these searches. There were no rules and no one was sure how the law was to be enforced.
