When one becomes an MC (Mind Controller), does there need to be a MC organization? If so, how is the organization defined? What are its goals and motivations?

1. How should Mind Control be defined? Can it be used to do anything? Does one just “push” an emotion or idea on the subject or does one manipulate matter at the molecular level to stimulate portions of the brain?
   a. Stimulation would be best represented by speaking to a person an idea and manipulating the neurons in that person’s head.
   aa. This form of mind control is in the details
   bb. For it to work, it requires skill and effort.
   cc. There is a lot that one can with this form of mind control, however the limits to this would be that one specializes in disciplines, for lack of a better word. For example, one person can manipulate molecules of the brain (this would probably be further specialized into the emotions that can produced) while another can manipulate the molecules of clothing.
   dd. With the previous example, we can name the first two general areas of Mind Control (as compared to dictionaries) as psychometabolism and psycho-kinesis.
