I wake up not knowing where i am. I look around and still have no clue what I'm looking at. There are a few people here but they look at you like theyre extremely shocked...
"Holy shit!?!? He actually woke up" said this gorgeous lady, she looks like shes in her mid 20s... Tears rolling down her cheeks as she reaches out for you. She gives you a huge hug as youre slowly sitting up and looking around at the room.

The doctor just stands there not believing what hes seeing... "I... I... I dont.... I dont understand... nurse Katy... we need a cat scan as soon as possible!!" Says the doctor, he looks to be a 50 something old man, wrinkles in all the right places for someone whos live a somewhat happy life. Gray hair, hairline receding for what looks like quite a while.... yet he just keeps staring at you with an extremely dumbfounded look.
Looking down at his clipboard fumbling through page after page glancing up at you you ask "Uhm, doc? Is something wrong?"
"U... uhmm, to be honest.. you shouldnt be talking, or even be awake" he answered, still with an astonished look.
"And, why is that?" You asked knowing it should be an obvious question.
"Uhm.." he looks over at the young lady who just claimed to be your mother and she reluctantly nods showing her approval. He sighs and takes a deap breath, "Well, you were in a really bad accident... a rather large chunk of metal was lodged in your skull, and unfortunately a rather sizable portion of your brain was destroyed...." still looking at you dismayed. "To be frank... you've been basically brain dead for the last four months. Honestly, im at a loss for words..."
"Well to be perfectly honest, i feel fine... I mean, i do feel kind of weak right now, but i suppose if i haven't moved for that long... i guess it would make sense."
"Sir!!! Why doesn't my little boy remember me!!" Screams the lady still holding onto me...
"Calm down Ms. Richards.... We need to run some tests to find out whats going on... Can i ask you all to leave the room? Actually, maybe go home for the night? Its late... I know this is a, rather big development, but we'll be sure to call you if anything happens. "

The doctor, obviously frazzled by whats going on raised his hands in front of him as if to protect himself... and i chime in "Look lady... I know you said you're my mom and stuff, but calm the fuck down... hes not a magician, even after these tests they run it'll take time to get the results back... I'll still be here tomorrow, besides. All you beautiful ladies look rather tired" I look around the room at the 3 other gorgeous girls. One looks about my age, blonde... maybe a B cup, her ass is outrageous... looks firm, yet pliable. Shit, i want to reach out.... as im having that thought, the lady now known as mom yells out, "They're youre fucking sisters you moron!!!"
Your eyes widen as you dont know how to reply... you haven't even given the other two a proper look as you say "Look, I dont really have a handle on any of this right now, and quite frankly... i may have been "in a coma" or whatever.
