Tom in court Chapter 1

There was Tom in the court room as he was defending his client accused of a double murder a crime that he was framed for that he did'nt commit. There he was talking with the judge as he was the representation of the defendent saying "so you see your honour my client Derek Kaiser could'nt have been at the scene of the crime because there is no proof beyond a shadow of a doubt that those finger prints that held that gun can no way be an exact match" as he then looked to the jury.

There he showed them a picture of some finger prints "as you can see jury these figure prints have no match to my client Derek Kaiser, so think about it jury the defendent my client did'nt commite that crime, no way" said Tom Ward. "Ok thank you Mr. Ward. Ok Mrs Hollings would you like to make any statements" said judge Ronald to Mrs Hollings as she got up. "Yes your honour you see dispite what Tom Ward said we should know that Derek commited that crime, the evidents in the video shot from someone's phone as the footage we all saw before you just now showing that it was him that commited the crime after he left the female victims Gabriella and Denies's house as the women died at the hands of Derek right there" said attorney Mrs hollings as she adressed the jury. "Abjection your honour" said Tom "overruled" said the judge as Mrs Hollings continued on. "You see jury, your hounor you need to realise the truth that Derek is a murderer and he must go to jail for his henious crimes" said Mrs Hollings as she had her seat saying what she said staring at Kaiser. "Ok thank you Mrs Hollings this court will taking a break while the jury comes up with the verdict" said the judge as he slammed the gavel down. Then 5 hours later the jury came back with the verdict. "Jury have you eached the verdict" said the judge "yes your honor" said one of the members of the jury as the judge said "will the defendent please rise" as the defended Derek Kaiser and the lawyer Tom Ward got up as the jury member reed the verdict. "We the jury find the defendent Derek Kaiser not guilty of all charges" then as the verdict was reed the judge said "case dismissed" as he slammed the gavel down as the case was over.

Then as the case was over Tom ward started to shake Derek's hand as it was a victory well fought in court. "Thank you so much Tom you are a hell of a lawyer" said Derek thanking Tom as Tom said "no problem Derek you are a free man." Then Mrs. Hollings came to Tom Ward as she was defeated in court by Tom Ward himself. "Well Tom congrates are in order as a black guy attorney you won the case fear and square" said Mrs Hollings as she shook the hand of Mr. Tom Ward, "well Mrs. Hollings as a lady lawyer like you that has won many court cases it takes alot and I mean alot of humility to accept defeat by me" said Tom "why thank you Tom by the way you winning the court case we should celebrate your victory with a little party at the omni Los Angelos hotel here in california, what'd you say" said Mary "whao that's great i'll be there with my wife Sandra" said Tom as him being in areegment with Mrs. Hollings as he was going to celebrate his victory in court as she said "good Tom looking foward to seeing you there.
