Chapter 4
Besides quickly improving her ability to wear ultra high heels, Nancy was also becoming comfortable with her new work uniform including the corset that she wore every day. Also, Nancy's nipple training, including the supplement capsules and cream, together with her nightly pumping, had finally just started to produce some noticeable results. She had noticed in the last couple of days how her nipples were more sensitive and that she could pump them out to a semi aroused condition to 3/4 of an inch before snapping the O ring in place! She drove her car to a drive-through fast food restaurant, got sandwiches, and they both ate them in the car before returning to work. She said that they wanted to update the video that had helped them the most to sell their ultra high heels and cone bras in the past year. It was one of the many videos on the company website that promoted or featured their various products and it was one that was intended to appeal to their fetish clothing and BDSM customers.
It featured a model with her white blouse off which was lying on the bed and completely exposing her white closed tip cone bra, which was the centerpiece of their extremely pointed bra collection. It was, of course, a "Monica" bra style called "Fabulous Fifties Forever". The pretty model was still tightly belted at the waist with a tight fitting wide red calf belt with a short black pencil skirt, black nylons, and a pair of matching red calf 5-5/8 inch ultra high heeled, "Monica" stiletto heeled opera pumps. The woman had her hands tied together above and behind her head to one of the posts of a four poster bed that forced to stand in those stiletto heels!
The woman had apparently just finished dressing or had been taken to the bedroom by a burglar where the jewelry chest was located. The man, with a black hood covering his head, was shown with his back to the camera going through the jewelry case and picking out certain pieces and putting them in a black felt bag.
In addition, he had gagged the wide eyed women who was moaning and squirming while an announcer, in the voice over on the video, narrated, "This woman dreamed that she was bound and gagged in her 'Monica' stilettos and 'Fabulous Fifties Forever' cone bra while the burglar was not only was taking most of her jewelry, but made sure that she lost her shirt as well!"
The video was an obvious parody of the Maidenform Bra ads of the fifties and sixties where most of their one page ads featured a beautiful woman fully dressed in a costume with no blouse, showing off her pointy bra. The caption always read the same way; I dreamed I "Blank" while wearing my Maidenform "Chansonette" style Bra."
The "Blank" phrase would relate to the theme of the ad itself. One example of that "Blank" was the phrase "went to work", where the woman was setting on her desk in her office with no top other than her Maidenform "Chansonette" style bra!
Another example was a very pretty woman with a pool que ready to shoot as she stood near a pool table with no top on other than a pointy her bra. The caption read, "I dreamed that I took the que in my Maidenform Bra."
Monica said that their video needed to be updated and that Nancy was the perfect person to play the damsel-in-distress role as a secretary in ultra high heels and a cone bra in her, so called, office uniform without a top! She also said that they would shoot two versions of the short video; one with the closed tip pointed bra and one with the lace up cups with the elasticized open tips that they could show on their "18 and over" website! In both cases, the video would also be parodies of the old Maidenform bra ad, updated for modern online video commercials.
Monica continued and said that Nancy would play the role in a scene where she was the secretary in the office of a private detective agency and her boss was out for the day. The scene would open where she was already bound, gagged, and blindfolded in a chair while the hooded aggressor searched through her file cabinet. The file that the private detective had pulled together was detrimental to his boss who hired the thug to retrieve and destroy it before it could be used against him.
Nancy's reaction to the Monica's description of the scene where she would be bound and gagged, helpless in the chair as the thug rifled the office, actually excited her to the point that her nipples stiffened again and caused her blouse to again tent her nipples profusely!
Monica certainly didn't miss Nancy's reaction, but acted as if she hadn't noticed and said nothing about it. She did however; think to herself that she had definitely picked the right person for the temporary modeling job!
Monica continued to explain to Nancy that in the long shot scenes, where her face would be in the video, she would have a dark haired wig on as well as being gagged and blindfolded so that she wouldn't be recognized. Most of the other shots would be close-ups of her stilettos and pointed bra while she struggled in the chair as the man searched through the files.
The video would be recorded at a nearby studio that Monica said that she would try to rent for video shoot and that would get back to her as soon as she knew the timing and other details. Monica also said that most of the day would be taken up at the studio since they would also shoot other shoe, bra, and corset still photos as well for the more conventional part of their digital online catalog. Monica again noted that Nancy would get paid $125 per hour for her modeling work, which she could certainly use.
Before Nancy left the office, Monica gave her an outline of all the shoes, bras, and corsets that she was going to model at the upcoming shoot as well as the script that she was suppose memorize for the videos. Nancy left Monica's office in an excited and aroused state knowing that she would be essentially, a bondage model for some parts of the upcoming video shoot!
After returning to her desk, Nancy put back on her suit jacket and set down to review information that Monica had just given her when she was interrupted by a women customer who came in and said she was looking for some ultra high heel pumps. She then called for Jim to come up front to help the women and started to do some trivial paperwork till she could get back to the material that Monica had given her to read. The rest of the afternoon went slowly because she wanted to get back to her apartment to finish reading the outline material and practice delivering her lines from the script. Nancy also wanted to understand the entire voice over narratives in the two videos as well as see what other shoes and lingerie she would be modeling at that event.
She, quickly left work at 5 o'clock and went to her apartment to start the first night of her new nipple training process. It had been two weeks after starting her daily intake of Fenugreek capsules and Fenugreek cream applications that were apparently beginning to take noticeable effect since her nipples and areolas were more sensitive and seemed to be continually semi-aroused. All these exercises were recommended in the instructions she received with her first uniform. The ankle and arch stretching exercises consisted of her pulling her toes down in an extreme manner in order to train the muscles and ligaments to accept the highest possible heel heights! She also did some of her old foot training exercises from her high school ballet classes.
Nancy then put a TV dinner in the oven and set down and read the overview of the two videos that she had lines to memorize. The first, which was essentially the same as the second other than some word changes, both had her playing the role as a secretary working in an office for a private detective who was out of the office that day. In order to set the whole scene up, she was completely tightly bound, gagged, and blindfolded as Monica had already indicated.
She was also to be squiring and moaning though a wide gag while there was a pre-recorded voice over of her saying, "I dreamed of being bound, gagged, and blindfolded in my 'Monica' 'Fabulous Fifties Forever' cone bra and ultra high heel stilettos, while my boss's office was being ransacked by a thug!"
The thug continued to look thorough the files while Nancy was to squirm and moan through her gag as she displayed her bra and stilettos in a provocative way that was intended to influence their sales.
According to the information provided by Monica, Nancy was to deliver those lines in a tone and with an inflection that combined a threatened, yet somewhat blissful mood because it allowed her proudly present the shoes and bra to the public, even while playing the damsel-in-distress role. Later in the video, while Nancy was continuing to squirm and moan deliciously, a male announcer would give all the ordering details for the bra and stilettos online, which would also be shown visually in a trailer running at the bottom of the screen. Before the video faded to black at the end, the man found the file, including a DVD, and took it with him saying the night or morning cleaning lady would find her. Of course, Nancy was to continue moaning and squirming as he left the office!
Nancy practiced her lines for most of the evening and studied one of the text books from her summer school course before during her pectoral muscle exercises. She left the nipple wraps on for the rest of the night and went to bed at 11:00 O'clock.
Chapter 5
For the next three days Nancy met Jim for lunch since she was working the afternoon shift that week and they had increasingly intimate conversations. She confided in him that that she was going to doing some modeling work for Monica and that she was lining up the studio for the videotaping and photo session. Nancy also told him in more detail about all her figure and ultra high heel training of the past few weeks including how she had just started this past Monday a more intensive form of nipple training to enhance her modeling of the open tipped cone bra in the upcoming bondage video. It turned out that Monica had just informed Nancy that it was to start tomorrow morning at 9 O'clock at a studio that wasn't far from the office.
Jim said that he was aware of some of her training for modeling purposes and asked if he could help her in any way to prepare for tomorrow's video shoot. He went on to say that he had helped write most of the script for those two bondage videos some time ago and possibly could help with what he had in mind in order to sell the bras and stilettos with the online skit.
"That would be great. I'd love for you to tell me how I should play the role of the private detective secretary, bound and gagged! As a matter fact I have been practicing this week and planned have my final practice at home tonight for tomorrow's shoot, so if you want to come over and help, I'd appreciate it," Nancy said flirtingly.
"I definitely know what I had in mind for script I wrote, so I'll be happy to help out; as a matter of fact I'll bring some props to help with your role playing. What time do want me to come over?" he asked.
"Six will be fine, I'll have changed into my training clothes, which I'm sure you'll like, and you can help me with my new nipple training as well," she sexually replied.
"Anything I can do to help," he smirked.
"You seemed to be very interested in them on Monday when you liked the way they tented my blouse and asked if they were fakes, so I thought that you would be interested in seeing whether they were real or not. The bulge in your pants that day seemed to me like it didn't make any difference one way or the other," Nancy suggestively announced to Jim's surprise.
"I hope you know that I was just kidding because Monica had told me that you'd be the perfect candidate to model the open tipped cone bra because of your world class nipples, and yes it would have made a difference if I didn't know they weren't real," Jim replied, almost apologetically.
"You can prove that tonight," she quipped seductively.
Jim didn't reply, but his manhood started to become alive with that invitation!
At this point, they finished their lunches and individually drove back to work. Nancy relieved Debby at the reception desk while Jim went back to his cubical still thinking about her invitation to come over to her apartment that evening. Nancy called Jim to the front to work his magic by assisting the woman in fitting her with those pumps. She had told him what the basic size and style that she wanted to try on.
Jim came up front with four shoe boxes and set them down in front of the woman who was setting in one of the fitting chairs and asked, "Nancy said that you were interested some lavender satin pumps for a wedding party?"
Yes, I'm to be a bridesmaid and the bride has emphatically directed that all female members of the wedding party wear extra high stiletto heels during the ceremony and reception, she exclaimed.
"Do you understand what 'extra high' heels really mean?" he asked.
"No I don't, but I went on line and found that your store sold high heeled stilettos, and was close to my place here in town, I thought that I would come over and see what you had to offer," she answered.
"I'm glad you did, but we only have ultra high heels. Did the bride tell you any other specific heel height requirement? Jim asked.
"She only said that the heels had to be over 5 inches for a 6-1/2 size shoe and that for larger sizes, the height would need to be higher in order to have the same arch angle; for smaller sizes the heel height could be shorter to have the same arch angle. I'm not sure what all that means, but she said that any reputable dealer would know what she was talking about," the woman continued.
"And she would be right about that. Nancy said that you normally wore a 7-1/2 B width and that you wanted the lavender satin opera pumps with needle toes and stiletto heels. Were those also part of the brides shoe requirements as well?" he asked.
"Yes, and there were two more things; they were also to have low cut throats, and a low scooped side on the inside arches of the pump," the woman explained.
"Those are some really detailed specifications, she must really be into high heels?" he said.
"As a matter of fact, she is really into high heels and since she was going to be wearing them during the wedding and reception, she thought it was appropriate for all the girls to wear them for a consistent look. And, by the way my name is Jill," she announced.
"My name is Jim and that's Nancy at the desk. Well, I guess we should get started and see if we can satisfy your friend's shoe requirements, but first let's see what your exact shoe size and with is," he said as he retrieved the old fashion foot measuring device from a small shelf under the fitting stool that he was setting.
After removing Jill's black calf 3 inch spike heeled pumps that she had worn to the store that day, Jim measured her feet and found that they were size 7-1/2, but an AA width as opposed the normal B width she had mentioned earlier. Jim said that she measured her width as AA rather than the B, but Jill said she thought she had a narrower width, but rarely could find any in the department stores, so she mostly wore the average B width.
Jim said, "I brought out B width shoes, so let me go back and get some AA's and see if we can find some that matches your friend's specifications. In satin, I know we have white, pink, and lavender for spring and summer wear, so we might have something that will meet the specs, as they say."
He was gone only two or three minutes, returning with an arm load of three shoe boxes, again setting them down on the carpet near Jill's fitting chair. Jim opened the first box and showed Jill a beautiful lavender satin opera pump with a needle toe, low cut throat, and with low cut sides with the inside one scooped extremely low that were designed to show off the steeply arched instep when wearing these heels!
"Your friend certainly has good taste in high heels by specifying the detail features of these stilettos. The low cut throats will sexily expose the tops of your toes and the extremely low cut of the inside quarter will show off your arches when you stand or walk in the stilettos," Jim announced as he started the elaborate process of slipping the pumps on her feet while Nancy looked on with a hint of jealously creeping up inside her.
He continued and explained, "These stilettos have 5-7/16 inch heels for your size 7-1/2 shoes and therefore pitches your insteps to 64 degrees and together with a 40 degree heel angle, it produces the same instep and heel angles that a 5-1/4 inch heel does in a size 6-1/2 shoes. That's because the foot is longer and take a little higher heel to pitch the instep to same relative angle. Therefore, you'll beat the minimum heel height requirement by a quarter of an inch!"
He the completed the process of putting on the stilettos and had Jill set both shoes on the slanting part of the fitting stool which kept her from pitching her ankles and insteps too far forward, and asked, "Have you ever worn ultra high heels before?"
"No actually I haven't; I generally wear no more than 3 inch heels since I'm five, eight in height and that heel height puts me up to five, eleven which really is almost too tall for me as it is," Jill answered almost apologetically.
"In my opinion I think taller women should wear higher heels since they look more striking and would emphasize their natural beauty," he replied as Nancy watched him give his sale pitch.
"Your ankles and insteps seem naturally flexible, but you'll probably need to do some exercises and practice in these heels to become completely comfortable wearing them." Jim continued as he lifted had place both of her shoe soles flat on the floor in front of her, causing her insteps to be arched to the 64 degree angle of the shoe insteps.
"Do your ankles feel OK to be stretched as they are now? They don't seem to feel overly strained," Jim asked as he gently felt around each of her ankles checking for any sign of over-stressed ligaments.
"No, I don't feel strain at this point," Jill quickly said.
Jim continued and said, "I'm going to keep your shoe soles flat on the floor and slid them forward so that your ankles will be stretched farther, the further forward I move them out, and find out where any significant stain or stress occurs. This will tell me the amount of training that you'll need to walk comfortably in the various ultra high heel heights."
He further explained that to walk in any given shoe arch angle, it would be necessary for her ankles to comfortably accommodate an additional ten degrees beyond that angle to account for the momentary additional flexing required during the period when the forward moving shoe heel made contact with the floor and the time when the shoe sole fully contacted it as well.
Jim told Jill to tell him when she started to feel any significant discomfort at her ankles and slowly started moving both of her feet forward. He estimated that just standing in shoes with an equivalent arch angle of about 70 degrees is where Jill said that she could start to feel some stress, but it wasn't until about the equivalent of an 80 degree arch angle that she said the pain was significant, and he stopped any further forward movement!
Those respective equivalent arch angles were much higher than the average untrained ankles and those 5-7/16 inch heels should be fine with her and that most of the practice would be concentrating on properly balancing in them while standing and walking!
"Why don't you stand up and get the feel of them? Once you stand, shift your weigh from front to back, and side to side, to get the feel of where your center of gravity needs to be to properly balance in them and always keep your knees locked back while standing," Jim said as Jill slowly stood and locked her knees back as instructed.
"Wow, they do feel different since they pitch my ankles so far forward, but do I see what you mean about shifting my weight to get the proper balance in them! I like the way they almost capture my feet and I feel really tall in them!" Jill exclaimed excitedly.
There was no strain at the front of her ankles and the shoe design helped a lot as the insteps made complete contact with the underside of her feet. The entire experience was actually somewhat exciting to Jill and she looked forward to taking her first steps in these beautiful 5-7/16 inch stiletto heed pumps as Jim moved out of her way, but stood nearby in case she needed his help!
Jill then took a very cautious six inch, quarter step forward with her right foot and stood with her left foot still in its original position in order to make sure that she didn't lose her balance. Jill again shifted her weight between her two feet to understand the proper balance required since her center of gravity would temporary change to this position each time when taking a stride forward. She then brought her left foot forward and placed it alongside her right foot and again regained the proper balance for that position. Next she took another quarter step forward with her left foot and repeated the balancing technique by shifting her weight between her left foot and her right foot which was six inches behind.
Again, Jill moved her right foot forward and placed it next to her left, maintaining the proper balance for that heel height while standing. She slowly and carefully repeated that process several times, except for decreasing the standing time between each quarter step.
Finally, Jill took a half step forward, without stopping with one foot forward and one behind, after gaining enough self-confidence to warrant that action. She found that it was relatively easy to maintain her balance when taking that half step of about six inches. Gaining even more confidence, Jill took another half step forward of about eight inches leading with her other foot. She took half steps several more times and increased her stride to about 18 inches.
Jill made up her mind to take a full step forward of about 18 inches. She was pleasantly surprised to find it rather easy to keep the correct balance through that process although she had to concentrate on doing it. After taking several more full steps, Jill starting taking multiple steps and finally started walking back and forth across the fitting area of the reception room for a minute or two and then returned and sat down in the fitting chair where she had been setting.
"I see you caught on very quickly and with some practice in them, as well as doing some heel raises, you should be good to go for the wedding," Jim observed.
"Oh, I think so too, and I'll do what you suggest so I'll be ready for the wedding in two weeks; it's in the LA area so I'll be driving over there that weekend," Jill proudly announced.
"After the wedding, why don't you drop by and take a look at some more traditional pumps for streetwear. We have the classic opera pumps in calf and patent leathers as well as suede in many colors and style variations in all five of our ultra high heel heights. We also have two heel heights in ballet-style heels," Ken suggested as he continued his creative salesmanship.
"I may just do that. And as a matter of fact, if I really get good in walking in them, maybe I'll be back and buy a pair or two to wear the weekend of the wedding when I'm not in my bridesmaid dress. That should make the other girls jealous," she exclaimed.
"While you're here, let me show you some of our classic opera pumps in black patent leather in the 5-7/16 inch heel height as well as the in the next step up to 5-13/16 inch stiletto heels that you can think about before you go the wedding. Who knows you might put everyone to shame in those 'almost' 6 inch heels," Jim countered as he slipped off the lavender satin pumps and put them in the box for Nancy to check out later.
He open the second of three boxes and displayed a pair of 5-7/16 inch heeled, black patent pumps with rather long sharp pointed toes, and said, "I bet if you wore these to the rehearsal, you would definitely be the hit of the evening."
"I think you're right again. Let me try them on and see how they look with this outfit I have on," Jill eagerly demanded.
Jim carefully slipped the dressy pumps on Jill's feet and then she stood and regained her balance before she started to walk carefully around the fitting area; stopping to look into a double full length mirror in the corner of the room, where she got two different views of herself in those black patent stilettos.
"They go good with this black pencil skirt I have on and they really make my legs look legs look pretty good, don't you think?" Jill commented as she fished for a complement.
"They certainly do and I think we can do even better with a belt I have in mind for you. Give me a minute and you'll see what I talking about," Jim stated as he disappeared into the main fitting room as Jill continued to admire herself in the mirrors.
Nancy, who had been watching the entire proceedings, stood up from behind her desk, walked over towards Jill and, and declared, "The heel height I'm wearing now is the one that Jim was talking about when he said the next step up for you was a 5-13/16 inch heel. In my 6-1/2 shoe size, it's a 5-5/8 inch heel, which arches the insteps in both sizes to 71 degrees, with a 47 degree heel angle."
Nancy displayed her stilettos and legs to Jill and commented, "The way you quickly caught on to those 5-7/16 inch heels; I bet you aren't that far away from this heel height. I had never worn such high heels before starting here a few weeks ago, so I also caught on very quickly, but I had some ballet training high school. Did you ever do any ballet training?"
"No, I didn't; but I have worn kitten and three inch heels consistently at work for several years as I am in an office where high heels and drees suits are the norm. I didn't wear 4 or 4-1/2 inch heels like most of the other girls because I thought I was too tall, but I going to rethink that now that I've tried on and walked successfully in these heels," Jill replied excitedly.
"That's great, and I agree with Jim that taller women should emphasize their natural beauty. I'm only 5, 2 without high heels, so I just love ultra high heels, which just gets me closer to average, Nancy commented.
At that moment Jim re-entered the room with a black patent belt in hand, and said, "I see that Nancy has showed you the next step in ultra high heels."
He then walked over to where Jill and Nancy were standing near the corner mirror and announced, "I think this matching four inch wide belt will really complement those stilettos."
He handed it Nancy and stated, "Put this on her and cinch it down to the fullest and we'll see how looks with her skirt and blouse as well as her pumps."
Nancy stepped in from of Jill and pulled the wide belt around her and slipped the end through the three pronged silver colored frame, began pulling it tighter until her waist was compressed as tight as Nancy could get it, and then positioned the three prongs through the last series of eyeleted holes! The caption always read the same way; I dreamed I "Blank" while wearing my Maidenform "Chansonette" style Bra."
The "Blank" phrase would relate to the theme of the ad itself. One example of that "Blank" was the phrase "went to work", where the woman was setting on her desk in her office with no top other than her Maidenform "Chansonette" style bra!
Another example was a very pretty woman with a pool que ready to shoot as she stood near a pool table with no top on other than a pointy her bra. The caption read, "I dreamed that I took the que in my Maidenform Bra."

Monica continued and said that Nancy would play the role in a scene where she was the secretary in the office of a private detective agency and her boss was out for the day. Chapter 5
For the next three days Nancy met Jim for lunch since she was working the afternoon shift that week and they had increasingly intimate conversations. Yes, I'm to be a bridesmaid and the bride has emphatically directed that all female members of the wedding party wear extra high stiletto heels during the ceremony and reception, she exclaimed.
"Do you understand what 'extra high' heels really mean?" he asked.
"No I don't, but I went on line and found that your store sold high heeled stilettos, and was close to my place here in town, I thought that I would come over and see what you had to offer," she answered.
"I'm glad you did, but we only have ultra high heels. Did the bride tell you any other specific heel height requirement? Jim asked.
"She only said that the heels had to be over 5 inches for a 6-1/2 size shoe and that for larger sizes, the height would need to be higher in order to have the same arch angle; for smaller sizes the heel height could be shorter to have the same arch angle. I'm not sure what all that means, but she said that any reputable dealer would know what she was talking about," the woman continued.
"And she would be right about that. Nancy said that you normally wore a 7-1/2 B width and that you wanted the lavender satin opera pumps with needle toes and stiletto heels. Were those also part of the brides shoe requirements as well?" he asked.
"Yes, and there were two more things; they were also to have low cut throats, and a low scooped side on the inside arches of the pump," the woman explained.
"Those are some really detailed specifications, she must really be into high heels?" he said.
"As a matter of fact, she is really into high heels and since she was going to be wearing them during the wedding and reception, she thought it was appropriate for all the girls to wear them for a consistent look. And, by the way my name is Jill," she announced.
"My name is Jim and that's Nancy at the desk. Well, I guess we should get started and see if we can satisfy your friend's shoe requirements, but first let's see what your exact shoe size and with is," he said as he retrieved the old fashion foot measuring device from a small shelf under the fitting stool that he was setting.
After removing Jill's black calf 3 inch spike heeled pumps that she had worn to the store that day, Jim measured her feet and found that they were size 7-1/2, but an AA width as opposed the normal B width she had mentioned earlier. Jim said that she measured her width as AA rather than the B, but Jill said she thought she had a narrower width, but rarely could find any in the department stores, so she mostly wore the average B width.
Jim said, "I brought out B width shoes, so let me go back and get some AA's and see if we can find some that matches your friend's specifications. In satin, I know we have white, pink, and lavender for spring and summer wear, so we might have something that will meet the specs, as they say."
He was gone only two or three minutes, returning with an arm load of three shoe boxes, again setting them down on the carpet near Jill's fitting chair. Jim opened the first box and showed Jill a beautiful lavender satin opera pump with a needle toe, low cut throat, and with low cut sides with the inside one scooped extremely low that were designed to show off the steeply arched instep when wearing these heels!
"Your friend certainly has good taste in high heels by specifying the detail features of these stilettos. The low cut throats will sexily expose the tops of your toes and the extremely low cut of the inside quarter will show off your arches when you stand or walk in the stilettos," Jim announced as he started the elaborate process of slipping the pumps on her feet while Nancy looked on with a hint of jealously creeping up inside her.
He continued and explained, "These stilettos have 5-7/16 inch heels for your size 7-1/2 shoes and therefore pitches your insteps to 64 degrees and together with a 40 degree heel angle, it produces the same instep and heel angles that a 5-1/4 inch heel does in a size 6-1/2 shoes. That's because the foot is longer and take a little higher heel to pitch the instep to same relative angle. Therefore, you'll beat the minimum heel height requirement by a quarter of an inch!"
He the completed the process of putting on the stilettos and had Jill set both shoes on the slanting part of the fitting stool which kept her from pitching her ankles and insteps too far forward, and asked, "Have you ever worn ultra high heels before?"
"No actually I haven't; I generally wear no more than 3 inch heels since I'm five, eight in height and that heel height puts me up to five, eleven which really is almost too tall for me as it is," Jill answered almost apologetically.
"In my opinion I think taller women should wear higher heels since they look more striking and would emphasize their natural beauty," he replied as Nancy watched him give his sale pitch.
"Your ankles and insteps seem naturally flexible, but you'll probably need to do some exercises and practice in these heels to become completely comfortable wearing them." Jim continued as he lifted had place both of her shoe soles flat on the floor in front of her, causing her insteps to be arched to the 64 degree angle of the shoe insteps.
"Do your ankles feel OK to be stretched as they are now? They don't seem to feel overly strained," Jim asked as he gently felt around each of her ankles checking for any sign of over-stressed ligaments.
"No, I don't feel strain at this point," Jill quickly said.
Jim continued and said, "I'm going to keep your shoe soles flat on the floor and slid them forward so that your ankles will be stretched farther, the further forward I move them out, and find out where any significant stain or stress occurs. This will tell me the amount of training that you'll need to walk comfortably in the various ultra high heel heights."
He further explained that to walk in any given shoe arch angle, it would be necessary for her ankles to comfortably accommodate an additional ten degrees beyond that angle to account for the momentary additional flexing required during the period when the forward moving shoe heel made contact with the floor and the time when the shoe sole fully contacted it as well.
Jim told Jill to tell him when she started to feel any significant discomfort at her ankles and slowly started moving both of her feet forward. He estimated that just standing in shoes with an equivalent arch angle of about 70 degrees is where Jill said that she could start to feel some stress, but it wasn't until about the equivalent of an 80 degree arch angle that she said the pain was significant, and he stopped any further forward movement!
Those respective equivalent arch angles were much higher than the average untrained ankles and those 5-7/16 inch heels should be fine with her and that most of the practice would be concentrating on properly balancing in them while standing and walking!
"Why don't you stand up and get the feel of them? Once you stand, shift your weigh from front to back, and side to side, to get the feel of where your center of gravity needs to be to properly balance in them and always keep your knees locked back while standing," Jim said as Jill slowly stood and locked her knees back as instructed.
"Wow, they do feel different since they pitch my ankles so far forward, but do I see what you mean about shifting my weight to get the proper balance in them! I like the way they almost capture my feet and I feel really tall in them!" Jill exclaimed excitedly.
There was no strain at the front of her ankles and the shoe design helped a lot as the insteps made complete contact with the underside of her feet. The entire experience was actually somewhat exciting to Jill and she looked forward to taking her first steps in these beautiful 5-7/16 inch stiletto heed pumps as Jim moved out of her way, but stood nearby in case she needed his help!
Jill then took a very cautious six inch, quarter step forward with her right foot and stood with her left foot still in its original position in order to make sure that she didn't lose her balance. Jill again shifted her weight between her two feet to understand the proper balance required since her center of gravity would temporary change to this position each time when taking a stride forward. She then brought her left foot forward and placed it alongside her right foot and again regained the proper balance for that position. Next she took another quarter step forward with her left foot and repeated the balancing technique by shifting her weight between her left foot and her right foot which was six inches behind.
Again, Jill moved her right foot forward and placed it next to her left, maintaining the proper balance for that heel height while standing. She slowly and carefully repeated that process several times, except for decreasing the standing time between each quarter step.
Finally, Jill took a half step forward, without stopping with one foot forward and one behind, after gaining enough self-confidence to warrant that action. She found that it was relatively easy to maintain her balance when taking that half step of about six inches. Gaining even more confidence, Jill took another half step forward of about eight inches leading with her other foot. She took half steps several more times and increased her stride to about 18 inches.
Jill made up her mind to take a full step forward of about 18 inches. She was pleasantly surprised to find it rather easy to keep the correct balance through that process although she had to concentrate on doing it. After taking several more full steps, Jill starting taking multiple steps and finally started walking back and forth across the fitting area of the reception room for a minute or two and then returned and sat down in the fitting chair where she had been setting.
"I see you caught on very quickly and with some practice in them, as well as doing some heel raises, you should be good to go for the wedding," Jim observed.
"Oh, I think so too, and I'll do what you suggest so I'll be ready for the wedding in two weeks; it's in the LA area so I'll be driving over there that weekend," Jill proudly announced.
"After the wedding, why don't you drop by and take a look at some more traditional pumps for streetwear. We have the classic opera pumps in calf and patent leathers as well as suede in many colors and style variations in all five of our ultra high heel heights. We also have two heel heights in ballet-style heels," Ken suggested as he continued his creative salesmanship.
"I may just do that. And as a matter of fact, if I really get good in walking in them, maybe I'll be back and buy a pair or two to wear the weekend of the wedding when I'm not in my bridesmaid dress. That should make the other girls jealous," she exclaimed.
"While you're here, let me show you some of our classic opera pumps in black patent leather in the 5-7/16 inch heel height as well as the in the next step up to 5-13/16 inch stiletto heels that you can think about before you go the wedding. Who knows you might put everyone to shame in those 'almost' 6 inch heels," Jim countered as he slipped off the lavender satin pumps and put them in the box for Nancy to check out later.
He open the second of three boxes and displayed a pair of 5-7/16 inch heeled, black patent pumps with rather long sharp pointed toes, and said, "I bet if you wore these to the rehearsal, you would definitely be the hit of the evening."
"I think you're right again. Let me try them on and see how they look with this outfit I have on," Jill eagerly demanded.
Jim carefully slipped the dressy pumps on Jill's feet and then she stood and regained her balance before she started to walk carefully around the fitting area; stopping to look into a double full length mirror in the corner of the room, where she got two different views of herself in those black patent stilettos.
"They go good with this black pencil skirt I have on and they really make my legs look legs look pretty good, don't you think?" Jill commented as she fished for a complement.
"They certainly do and I think we can do even better with a belt I have in mind for you. Give me a minute and you'll see what I talking about," Jim stated as he disappeared into the main fitting room as Jill continued to admire herself in the mirrors.
Nancy, who had been watching the entire proceedings, stood up from behind her desk, walked over towards Jill and, and declared, "The heel height I'm wearing now is the one that Jim was talking about when he said the next step up for you was a 5-13/16 inch heel. In my 6-1/2 shoe size, it's a 5-5/8 inch heel, which arches the insteps in both sizes to 71 degrees, with a 47 degree heel angle."
Nancy displayed her stilettos and legs to Jill and commented, "The way you quickly caught on to those 5-7/16 inch heels; I bet you aren't that far away from this heel height. I had never worn such high heels before starting here a few weeks ago, so I also caught on very quickly, but I had some ballet training high school. Did you ever do any ballet training?"
"No, I didn't; but I have worn kitten and three inch heels consistently at work for several years as I am in an office where high heels and drees suits are the norm. I didn't wear 4 or 4-1/2 inch heels like most of the other girls because I thought I was too tall, but I going to rethink that now that I've tried on and walked successfully in these heels," Jill replied excitedly.
"That's great, and I agree with Jim that taller women should emphasize their natural beauty. I'm only 5, 2 without high heels, so I just love ultra high heels, which just gets me closer to average, Nancy commented.
At that moment Jim re-entered the room with a black patent belt in hand, and said, "I see that Nancy has showed you the next step in ultra high heels."
He then walked over to where Jill and Nancy were standing near the corner mirror and announced, "I think this matching four inch wide belt will really complement those stilettos."
He handed it Nancy and stated, "Put this on her and cinch it down to the fullest and we'll see how looks with her skirt and blouse as well as her pumps."
Nancy stepped in from of Jill and pulled the wide belt around her and slipped the end through the three pronged silver colored frame, began pulling it tighter until her waist was compressed as tight as Nancy could get it, and then positioned the three prongs through the last series of eyeleted holes! Jill actually exhaled and held her breath as Nancy completed the process.
The tightness of the belt, which acted almost like a corset, pulled Jill's white cotton blouse over her bra such that it displayed her breasts in a manner that suggested that she was rather nicely endowed. The loose fitting blouse had previously hidden her breasts prior to Nancy cinching up the black patent belt. Also, her trim waist was accentuated by the belt and gave Jill a much more hourglass-looking figure!
Jill again looked in the double mirror and was surprised by how much the matching black patent belt and stilettos made to the overall look of her outfit, not mention how much her figure was enhanced! She blushed slightly as she saw how her bra covered breasts were so prominently displayed under her tight fitting blouse, but otherwise didn't say anything about it.
"That belt and stilettos certainly makes a big difference in changing the whole look of the otherwise bland outfit. You know, I think I'll take these shoes and belt as well, since I have two weeks to figure out what to wear with them to the other wedding activities," Jill exclaimed as Jim and Nancy looked on approvingly.
"Yes, the belt and shoes sure go together. By the way, why don't you think about what you want to wear with them and come back sometime because we have wide selection skirts, blouses, dresses, and vintage lingerie to choose from so I'm sure you can find something that you like," Jim offered to the excited young lady.
Jill eagerly agreed and gave the belt back to Nancy before setting down in the fitting chair to have Jim take off the black patent stilettos before checking out at the cash register. He set down on the stool carefully removed and returned them to the shoe box.
"While you're setting down, I want you to try on these same black patent pumps in the 5-13/16 inch heels. I just want you to try them on to get the general feel of them, but there won't be standing and walking in them," Jim announced as he opened the third shoe box and removed the pumps and displayed them for Jill to inspect.
Jill was now thrilled with the idea of ultra high heels and examined one of them carefully, marveling at the steep arches and ultra high stiletto heel. She handed it back to Jim before he expertly slipped them both on her feet and set them both down on the short knapped carpet such that her ankles were just pitched to the same angle as if she were standing in them. He asked if there was any stress at her ankles in this position and Jill said that she could just barley feel some strain. Jim moved her feet, still flat on the floor, out such that they were about at the same angle of 81degrees that they would flex to when walking in this heel height. At this point Jill said that she could feel could feel a considerable amount of strain, but it wasn't extreme.
Jim said he thought that was going to be the case because of the test he had previously done with the lower heeled shoes. He said that it wouldn't take too much more training to get them in shape for this heel height since, as he said before, her ankles were naturally flexible. Jim said he would put some basic exercise instructions, inside the shoe boxes that would help her to quickly adapt to any ultra high heel height.
At this point, Jim put her three inch spike heels back on Jill and she paid the bill at the cash register with a credit card and Nancy in turn gave her the receipt. Before leaving the store with her packages, Jill commented that the three inch heels now felt so low in comparison to the ones that she had just tried on and said that she would be back sometime in the next two weeks.
It wasn't long before it was five O'clock and Nancy and Jim were both excited about their planned date at her apartment for the final rehearsal before tomorrow's video shoot. They walked out to the parking lot together and stopped beside Nancy's car and passionately kissed as Nancy thrust her hard nipples into his chest and in return he rubbed his hard manhood into her groin!
"God, I can hardly wait till you get to my place," she whispered as she got into her car.
