Unable to refuse his Fathers Dying wish he gives the Order for the Operation to go through, but he takes precautions so that it will only reveal irself in the most dire of circumstances. Tnis will enable his Son to live a relatively Normal Life.

He had decided that in spite of his Mistrust with the Other Nations his Boy would spend the Next Eighteen Years as a Leaf Shinobi.
