Zagoromo landed in a Village not far from the Leaf Village, which was founded by two of Hagoromo Otsutsuki's Descendants. The Village was completely flattened, and a massive Crater was formed. Zagoromo wass **** and was surrounded by massive barrier of Chakra, one that only a Hyūga could remove. He was also wearing Otsutsuki Garb.

With luck no one without the Blood of Hyūga would kill themselves trying to break the Barrier.
