A fine summer midday it was in the quiet town. At the park people were enjoying the day by playing games, taking walks, enjoying picnics and so much more. Everyone seemed to be having a great time, but across the street on the second floor sat William looking out of his bedroom window down upon the people in the park.
William now in his mid thirties had suffered a server stroke as an infant. having lost most of his motors skills on his left side, William was always going to be different from the other kids, William was left out of a lot of activities in school. Sports were out of the question and with girls not waning to give William the time of day, dating was out of the question and going to dances alone was not fun.
When high school had finished William tried to do college but this proved to be just a bit to hard for him from the complications that the stroke had caused him. This only made William fall further into a loneliness depression.
Years passed as William's mother watched her son try so hard to enjoy life only to meet it with dead ends at every turn. Over the years William had a few dates here and there as well as even met a few nice people but the dates never lasted and most people just asked how he was as they continued on with their lives, never asking William if he would like to join them in any activities. William's mother ached in pain as she watched William slowly sank further into withdrawal as the years passed by. Not wanting to watch feel so lonely William's mother started to search online for something that might bring William some kind of happiness in his life.
Some months had passed since William's mother start to look for a solution to help William out when see had come across a medical journal. In it there was an articular talking about a company that had just finished its stage one development in a new virtual reality device which would make the user truly think and feel like they were there. As William's mother read on the developer of this device had explain that in phase 2 they would be looking for volunteers of all ages to test the device out so they could gather data on its performance before they could go onto phase 3 with would be selling it to the public if nothing goes wrong with the device.
William's mother thought this might be good for William in that it could help build his confidence when dealing with people. Wasting no time she emailed the company to explain about her son and why he might be a good candidate to test their VR device.
A few weeks had past with no email back from the company, William's mother was starting to think she would never hear from them but one night after a long day of work, she opened her email to see that company had indeed emailed her back. Without delay she opened the email to which it read that they were touched by her letter and because of his game they would like for him to try so adult versions along with standard ones.
She gave it some thought and though William was her son, she also knew that exposing him to things of sexual nature could only help build his confidence more. After writing back to the company agreeing to their plan, William's mother talked him at dinner about what she had done. Being somewhat intrigued by this himself, William agreed to give it a shot.
Watching the people in the park on this mid summer day, William heard a knock on his bedroom door followed by his mother entering with a box in hand. "It is here honey" she said with a smile on her face, she set the box on his bed. William could not help but smile as well as they opened the box together.
Inside the box the found a helmet that also covered the face and an over-sized suit with wires weaved all through-out it. "It looks so futuristic" William's mother said as they began to read the instructions.
The suit was designed to be slightly over-sized so that the user could get in and out of it easier. The user must be naked when putting on the suit and then plug it into an outlet. Once plugged in the user can turn on the suit and press the tighten button so the suit can form to the user's body. It goes on to say that should it be too tight at any time to press the release button. As for the helmet there are two plugs. One which plugs into the suit and the other one plugs into the pc. Before putting on the helmet make sure you are on the company secured site to begin. There is also a name recognition so that if anyone calls your name it will automatically pause your VR so you can respond.
With the instructions read William's mother said dinner will be ready in a couples and then took her leave so that William could undress and try out the VR.
