I look up at the old Southern house, where my sister and I would be staying for the month. While it looked cozy...I wasn't sure about spending the rest of the winter with my sister.

I loved her, but we hadn't seen each other since she went to collage some years ago...and we've grown distant ever since. I trudge into the house and see my sister, Becky, talking to the owner on the phone. "...yes, we have the key....of course....thank you again." She hangs up and turns to me.

Becky had curly blonde hair, with pink high-lights, C-Cup breasts, freckles and hazel eyes.

"We're all set, Mike. Let's go put our stuff away and then we can unwind." She said.

Didn't take me long to find my room, and I flop on the bed. It was going to be a long winter...

The next week was slow, but we hiked and went to town a few times. Then all of a sudden...a huge storm hit. Piles of snow covered the ground and blocked the door, locking us inside. Luckily, we had gone shopping for food so we were fine on that note.

For dinner that night, we had pizza and watched a old black and white Western movie. Becky had fallen asleep in the middle, and I quietly slipped off to explore the place. The house was big; with about four bedrooms, a kitchen, study, and a sun-room.

I was looking around the study...finding it strange that a Therapist Couch would be in here. I saw a book sticking out of a shelf, and pushed it back. Which revealed a secret room! But not just any room...a Medical Exam room!

It had everything; table, counter and cabinets, tools, changing screen, over head lamp, even Ultrasound equipment and X-Ray machine.

My mind was blown, this was great!

Quickly, I run back to my sister and shake her awake. "Becky! Becky, get up!"

"Huh-wha...? Mike? What's going-?"

"You've got to come see this!" I tell her grabbing her hand, before leading her to the room. Her eyes bulged at it all.

"Isn't this cool?!" I asked. "It's like a real exam room!"

Becky ran her hand along the counter, then turned to me. "Amazing..."

"I wonder if this stuff works...?"

"We shouldn't-!"

"C'mon Becky!" I exclaim. "We're snowed in and there's nothing else to do. Might as well 'Play Doctor'. No one has to know."

She bit her lip, before finally giving in. "...Alright."

I mentally cheered. "I'll be professional, Becky. Promise."

Becky sighed and goes to undress behind the changing screen. While she does that, I wash my hands before seeing a journal on the different medicines and pills in the cabinets. Some were the usual like Advil, sleeping pills...but the rest were strange. Like 'Hypnotic State' and 'X-Ray Cream'...weird.

"Mike? I'm ready."

I turn and see my sister standing by the exam table, trying to cover her modesty. "You don't have to hide sis. I saw you naked when we were kids."

"Yeah...b-but-"

"It's fine. Lower your hands."

She did and I see her breasts, plump and full, as well as her lower half. I smile to reassure her, which works.

"Let's start."
