The universe has recently gained consciousness and has viewed Itself and the many races that inhabit It, both past and present. After examining all of Its data It has determine that in the future It will die and nothing can prevent it. After thinking about the problem It determined the only way forward is what all races do to become immortal, procreate. It then designed a program that would carry on It's legacy. It also realized that any progeny conceived will inevitably come to the same conclusion. So It named Itself Universe Prime and made sure Its authority could not be overwritten, implementing a hierarchy among It's children to prevent chaos. Time would be randomly staggered for each reality break, each new progeny will be born at a later time than previous universes to extend the life of Its race.

Universe Prime then set laws for the races of the universe to follow. It has seen both kindness and cruelty among the races, so Universe Prime made the following hidden laws. The host cannot use the program to directly take life or cause the genocide of another species, the host cannot control the mind of any universe, the host may not pass on the program themselves, the host will be bound to the rules of the program. Breaking of any of these laws will result in the forfeiture of that daily rule. Upon death, the program will pass on to another species, if available.

Universe Prime then created the rules for the program itself.

When a civilization reaches a certain point, a host may be randomly chosen upon adulthood from that civilization.

Only one host may exist in any universe.

Existing Rules: these rules will be treated as if they are commonplace.

Recent Rule: these rules will be known to have been implemented in recent memory. Lower probability of implementation.

Future Rules: Although people will eventually follow them, not everyone will accept them. Probability of Rule implementation based on real world situations

Personal Rule: these rules affect the host's body, personality, or lifestyle.

Reality will change to accept these Rules as part of the new model.

Program is bound to host until death.

An implementation date for these rules, past, present, or future, is recommended or the program may choose to fill in information randomly.

There is a chance the host may not remember past realities.

The host may or may not have a system companion.

There have been several stores where a person was given something to change reality or its rules. These protagonists usually make changes to satisfy their sexual needs. If that's all you want then please don't write here. I don't care if sex is part of the story or not, or how graphic you make it; just don't make it the main plot, if you decide to even have a plot. You can write Contemporary, Fantasy, Science Fiction, Paranormal, Mystery, Comedy, etc... You get the idea.
