Your name is John; you used to live a normal life among your fellow humans, or as your new neighbors call them, the "Overlanders," until the evil Dr. Robotnik tricked your society, luring all your friends and family aboard your home-ship, the "Great Trekker." After witnessing the robotitization of your entire population, you desperately ran off to try and find a way out.

Luckily, following a blue, robotic, hedgehog-looking robot who called himself Charles, you managed to escape, and find refuge in the village of Knothole, filled with creatures you could only imagine in story books. Animals, or Furries as they like to be called, make up the population in Knothole, and seem to live as you once did.

That was a month ago.

Because of their kindness and hospitality, you now have a place to call home. Sure, it's just a small house made of oak and bark, but you couldn't be happier. It's a little different than what you grew up with (in fact, a LOT different), but you soon grow into it over time.
