Because as part of her education at "St. Anne’s Reformatory School for Troubled Girls" she's been kept completely nude for the last three months and with good behavior she has finally earned a skirt. She only gets one but she gets to wear it everyday with continued good behavior. She has gone from a stuck up snooty young woman to one who is so proud of her accomplishment of earning just a single piece of clothing. She still doesn't have a shirt, shoes, a top, and especially not panties but she has finally dragged herself out of the bottom rung at St. Anne's and is delighted for her new school photos to replace the fully nude ones she had to take before. She's gone from a red bottom to a pink bottom. What does that mean? you might be asking. Well keep reading and you'll find out all about the disciplinary and social structure at St. Anne’s Reformatory School for Troubled Girls.

When young ladies can’t behave themselves at a regular school they are sent to St. Anne’s. St. Anne’s has a reputation for for breaking even the toughest girl into a nice meek compliant young woman.

They have a rule for everything and a severe punishment for every infraction.

Their rules start before the girl is even dropped off at school.

1. The girl can not know she will be attending St. Anne’s. She must be completely surprised by this development. Tell her you’re going out to eat at a restaurant out of town so she has no defenses or preparation for her arrival.
2. There is a waiting period between the time you decide to send your young lady to St. Anne’s and when she will first attend. During this time offer no punishment, admonishment, or even a protest to her poor behavior. In other words let her do whatever she wants. The more she feels comfortable in her misdeeds the more of a shock it will be for to find out she’s being punished for it.
3. Nothing comes with her aside from the clothes on her back. Do not expect her to have these clothes on her return to you. Everything she deserves will be provided by the school. If she deserves nothing she will get nothing.
4. When you arrive at St. Anne’s our team will remove her from the car and you will say and do nothing.
5. After drop off there’s is no contact between you and our student. She will be completely isolated from the comforts of her old life. A school employee will keep you informed of her progress and may also have requests of you that will better assist with her adjustment.

Once she arrives she will spend her time getting the structure she needs to be exactly what you expect her to be.

Of course parents don’t need to learn everything that goes on there since all that matters are the final result of a compliant daughter.

She will learn the rules only from the punishment from breaking them and from other students should they choose to share with the new student. The first thing that happens to a girl when she is removed from her parent’s car is she’s stripped of all her clothing and won’t see any again until she earns it. She has to earn everything and learn how much she depends on others to have what most call a normal life.

For the first few weeks a new girl will be in a class of the most senior students, ones who have earned clothes and privilege so the new girl feels the most out of place. The most senior girls also are in charge of introducing new students to their new way of life in what some might call hazing but what the school calls asymmetrical community building.

Students have an informal name for the levels of the school. A brand new student is called a "cuffie" as they enter the school naked and handcuffed. The next level are “red bottoms” brand new girls who are always naked and their asses are always spanked red, then “pink bottoms” who have earned a skirt but their asses are spanked regularly, “bare bottoms” girls who get a top to go with their skirt and aren’t usually spanked but haven’t earned underwear privileges, and then the top rung also known as “Covered bottoms” girls who have their bottoms covered at all times and wear a full school uniform.

Girls at the top take lots of pride in just getting to wear panties and the school’s structure and culture reinforces that with the extreme jealousy other girls have for their covered bottom. They’ll do anything to keep it covered and are only in school to prove their shift towards compliance is permanent. They’ll do anything their superiors tell them to do. That’s not to say there aren’t demotions or punishments for more senior students.

Students have no say in their treatment while at St. Anne’s and humiliating and sexual punishments are routine.
