Even through she was a strong force user, only small percentage of her clones have have talent in it. Those clones had been given special training by count Dooku himself. Their existence was a secret to all but Dooku and Sidious.

There were only two major changes in growing clone army.

First, their uniforms were changed.

Troopers had their armours were modified to fit new clones frames – chest plate required the most work.

Clone's navy personnel and support personnel uniforms (as well as off-battle clothes) consists of variations of jackets, thigh-high skirts, stockings and knee-high boots.

Second, all ready for service clones, were required to wear vibrators all of the time. The intensity of vibrations could depend on situation (vibrators were connected to clone's helmets) or direct orders of commanding officer (they could be manipulated wirelessly). The desired effect was to rise clones morale and make them more compliant.

After the Clones War begun, the clones have quickly proved themselves.

While majority population of both sides regarded clones the same way they regarded droids (as a scrapable army) CIS achieved new heights in their abuse of clones.

Shortly after Battle of Genosis, all droids had their weapons set on stun – alive clones were more worthy than a dead ones. They were sold as a slaves to the Hutts, sent to brothels, factories, mines and to milking parlours. That way the clones earned credits for CIS.
