Leia sighed.

For the next several weeks, it would just be herself and her daughter, Jaina, at home. The rest of her family were obliged to go handle a situation on a planet on the other side of the planet leaving her to handle things at home along with Jaina who had decided to stay.

As Leia stared up at her ceiling from her bed, she bit her lip. She was so used to having people around and leading an active life, and with her daughter gone for the night to a friend's home, she wondered if she could survive being alone.

Maybe she could work on her Jedi training in her free time. But she wasn't really up for that. She had been under so much stress lately, she hadn't actually felt like doing much.

Finally, Leia opened her eyes as it sunk in on her. The realization brought a grin to her face.

She was totally alone.
