The End of the F*cking World

Its the end of the world.

The US population was given only 24 hours notice of their impending doom.

On the small college campus of State University, most of the student body fled to be with their families in this time of need, chartering flights or driving across the country.

For some, however, this was never an option.

Eight friends find themselves stranded on campus, and sitting in their dorm. They sit in a circle, in the basement of the Washington Dorm, awaiting the end.

Marty Moss had waited a bit too long before starting to head home, and when his car broke down he had no one to help.

Emma Coral lived on the opposite coast, and there weren't exactly constant flights cross country at the end of the world.

Nick Aegean lived in a rural area in the middle of the country, more than a days drive from campus, and decided it wasn't worth trying.

Chloe Lemon's family was scattered across the country, and so rather than decide who to go to, she decided to not decide at all.

Charlie Crimson's parents just happened to be on a cruise when the news dropped, and he had no way to get to the Bahamas in 24 hours.

Heather Russet just decided not to go home. She didn't have a great home life anyway, so why leave her friends behind?

Billy Pearl, the resident drunk, did not feel he was in a state to drive, and he didn't feel like sobering up this late in the game either.

Carrie Lilac was from China, and there was no way she would be able to return home in time to see her family anyway.
