Sarah and Mark, a newlywed couple, had just settled into their new home. After spending a whole day unpacking and getting everything in order, they planned to rest during the weekend. But waking up on Saturday morning, covered in sweat, they realized that their air conditioner conked out during the night. Being the weekend, they were unable to get any air conditioning and heating companies to come out and repair it. By afternoon it was in the eighties outside and even hotter inside.

Sarah and Mark were in the living room, drinking lemonade and trying to keep cool, when they heard the doorbell ring. Sarah got up to see who it was. She opened the door and was pleasantly surprised to see a very attractive, curvy brunette standing on the doorstep, holding a gift basket in her arms.

“Hi, I'm Jessica, I live next door.” The she said, her cherry red lips pulled back in a smile, revealing her perfect teeth. “I just came by to welcome you to the neighborhood.”

“Hi, I am Sarah .” said Sarah said. “Come on in, Jessica.”

“Thanks, it’s hot out there,” Jessica replied, holding out the gift basket. “I thought I was going to melt when I came here.”

“You just came to the only house in the neighborhood without an AC.” Sarah laughed, her bottle green eyes twinkling as she took the gift basket from Jessica. “Ours broke down last night and we can’t get anyone to repair it.”

“That’s too bad! Well, you are welcome to come by and hang out at my house, until you get somebody out here to repair your AC.”

“That sounds great.” Sarah smiled. “Let me get my husband and we will meet you there.”
