Today started out normal, you woke up, took a shower, and brushed your teeth, then went back to your bed to waste away. You had recently lost your job, luckily you were up to date on rent and got a decent severance package so unemployment has kept you off the streets until someone calls you back for an interview, but until then all you can do is watch T.V and jerk off. Little did you know your life as well as everyone else's life was about to change. At around Three O'clock you were watching the new's hoping something interesting would happen when it cut to the house of representatives, you were never much for politics so you begin to change the channel when their boring chatter was interrupted by gunshots. Men in strange military uniforms rushed into view and the feed cuts. Suddenly outside you heard the sound of an explosion as your building began to shake, you rushed to cover, and the next day was consumed by the sounds of fighting, helicopters, and destruction until it stops. No one knows who attacked or why they stopped but it's safe to assume that U.S missiles have turned their home to glass. after an hour of silence, you decide you should look outside, however you soon see that door outside your apartment is blocked by rubble. (at least you were on the first floor)
