The Ring Game

You find yourself in the basement of your house. Your girlfriend, Rachel is here and (unfortunately) so is her bitchy friend Debbie. Needless to say, the two of you don't get along. You would have no problem with her if it wasn't for her insistent complaining about "every" little thing you do. She has even said on more that one occasion that she thinks you're not good enough to be Rachel's boyfriend. Rachel seems to think otherwise.

Your parents are out of the house. In fact, your dad's away on a company "team building" retreat. Your mom is off living overseas with her new husband after the nasty divorce a few years back. So, now you have the next two-whole weeks to yourself with your beautiful girlfriend Rachel. It's just too bad Debbie showed up to "hang out" on the first day. Since there's no chance of you getting lucky with Rachel while Debbie's here, you decided to dust off that old wiji board for a little bit of fun... who knows, maybe Debbie will get freaked out and leave! (you wish!)

"OMG John! Hurry up already..." said Debbie.

"OK... OK!!" you reply angrily.

You finish setting up the wiji board and place it on the wide open floor of the basement of your house.

Rachel got excited when she saw the wiji board, "Creepy.... but awesome! I'm going first!".

After about 5 minutes of "nothing happening" we decided this wiji board thing was a rip off and were starting to pack up... it was then that we heard a noise!

"Mwahahahahaha....."

"What was that?!" Debbie cried, "..whoo.... whoo's there?!"

"It is I... Kethlerax, high jester and entertainer for the demon realm. You humans often refer to it as 'hell'... mwahahahahaha!"

Before our eyes appeared a demonic figure, only for it to vanish moments later. In a state of panick you run for the door but find that it is locked. Rachel is now in tears clinging onto your arm, and Debbie is screaming her lungs out.

Kethlerax called out once again, "Nobody can hear you scream... hahaha... how entertaining that line is. You're going no where, foolish humans. You may think you were playing some little game all this time but managed to perform a rare ritual... that of hethrensime!"

You think to yourself... "Hethrensime?", only to have your thought interupted by Kethlerax.

"That's right, John, hethrensime. It's not a word YOU would be be wary of. Allow me to explain... in short it is a sort of rare ritual that grants me access to your realm, within it's own limitations of course. I am granted the gift of taking one of your souls. Ahhhh.... it has been FAR too long. Being the entertainment has it's downfalls you see... and without a pet to help me entertain I am often finding myself to "be" the entertainment for the... shall we say, GREATER demons."

"I... I don't want to die!!" cried Rachel as she continued to cling on to my arm.

"Oh... you might not, poor little thing. But then again you might! Hahaha... you see it all depends. The thing with hethrensime is that it requires you to play a little game, of which I am the judge. Of the three of you, two will survive. The loser will however, lose their soul to me, and if you refuse to play then you can simply rot away in here until you die for all I care."

"The game is simple. It is called, The Ring Game."

Looking down I noticed there was a ring on the floor, a shiny gold ring with an eerie red glow.

Kethlerax added, "Yes John, THAT ring. The Ring Game involves the three of you taking turns humiliating one another. The two of you who can entertain me the most, that is, humilate their chosen subject to the utmost degree, will be free and clear. When you put on the ring, it will stay there. It is impossible to take it off yourself, only I can do that. You will all have a turn at wearing the ring, and while you do so the other two will be able to command you to do anything, as well as change any aspect of you as they so desire. Any transformation you can possibly imagine is possible... but beware that I won't take kindly to any attempts to cheat your way out of this mess."

"Now... who will be so kind as to volunteer to wear the ring? And if nobody decides, then I'll be forced to choose!"
