The chest was an old heavy wooden one with iron bands holding it together and a great lock sealing it shut. You question your mother about the chest and she tells you that it was your dads and that it had been passed down from generation to generation. She doesn't talk about him to you much but from what you know is that he comes from a royal bloodline but died just after you were born. When you ask about a key she rolls her eyes and shrugs so you start looking around the house. It takes days but eventually you find what you were looking for in your mothers bedside table, an old iron key with intricate engravings in the handle and shaft with a strange tri point end. You raced down to the basement and straight to the chest, slide the key in and turn.

Inside the chest was diaries, notes, books, scrolls and paintings. They looked ancient you start looking though and find something like an instruction manual for the owner of the Chest of Kings so you read the introduction."
