Kiba all his nineteen years of life had been held back and he never knew why until today. Kiba had been going through his day doing the usually chores his mom Tsume made him do through out the day like cleaning the kettles, fixing the book order at the library, and picking up dog shit. Well as he was going through the Inuzuka library Akurmaru started barking at a book that had fallen.

“ What is it buddy?” Kiba asked frightened what had made Akurmaru act this way. Akurmaru continued to bark and Kiba could barely make out what he was saying, but apparently the book was important and Kiba opened it. Everything in that book blew his mind. Apparently the Inuzuka clan didn't have prodigies because they held kids back from growing strong until after their 2nd puberty. This 2nd puberty is what made the Inuzuka unique, and would occur usually in their early twenties. Once an Inuzuka hits his 2nd puberty he will grow an urge to mate and conquer woman. Normally that would be rather normal but Inuzukas if they bite a woman while she is experiencing sexual pleasure it turns out bad for her. That woman will become the male Inuzuka's bitch and do what ever he says. That explains why his mom didn't train him in the advance techniques because she knew he would go into heat soon. Kiba knew he had hit his 2nd puberty a week ago and his mom hasn't noticed yet. Apparently once they hit 2nd puberty a male Inuzuka will attack a woman in a fight for dominance if the male Inuzuka loses he then will stop being in heat considering himself unworthy of mating.That's why the clan was a matriarchal since a male Inuzuka would be the bitch to whoever beat him. However since no-one has noticed Kiba hitting his 2nd puberty he can try to grow strong or wait for the right opportunity to get a woman.
