The luck stone.

John had bought this box in an auction at his church. Reverend James LeBron Miller a local Hero and evangelist had died recently. According to his will all of his earthly belongings where to be sold in an auction and the proceeds to be given to the church. because of John's parents insisted he had to buy something too. The pastor being the one who baptized him and all. He but the most cheapest object in the auction a small box that had a winged knight standing on it's lid.

It was only after he had bought it they told him that they couldn't find the key I hadn't really expected much and wasn't leally disappointed since his parents for the ones who paid for it. And it sat on his shelf for over a month.

One random day he accidentally let the box drop the statue came off at the bottom of the statue was a key. This development intrigued John and since I had nothing else to do that day he opened the box inside Was a velvet bottom on which was a stone and normal nothing special stone. On the lid however was neatly etched with words.

"Don't take the stone. The stone is cursed to bring conflict. It gives immense luck to what ever flesh and blood being that holds it. The more some one uses it. More people will be attracted to the stone. The box seals the curse of the stone and only those baptized by me and those baptized by them shall open it."
