Training Jobbers

The Underground Women’s Fight League (UWFL) is a premium fight club for wealthy viewers. The use of the word “fight” is somewhat of a misnomer, as they mainly cater to what their fans like to see: one-sided brutal beatdowns. There are two stables of participants which clearly differentiate their roles - “fighters” and “jobbers”. Patrons can still bet on the matches, but never on the outcome. Instead, they make bets on how long the jobbers can last, how many blows the various parts of their bodies receive, or what injuries they might sustain during the matches.

Obviously, severe injuries do occur, including permanent ones. The UWFL is not discriminating, and as long as a jobber can enter the ring, she can participate. Also, the in-house medical support is excellent, and jobbers can be rushed after matches to on-site recovery wards and surgical theatres, where the doctors and surgeons work their magic. There is a limit to what they can do, but in addition to repairing dislocated joints or broken bones, a big part of their job has been doing complete or partial repairs of torn and broken clitorises, breasts and nipples, and internal injuries.

Despite the hazards of the job, there is a steady supply of jobbers which greatly outnumber the fighters, since all fighters initially start out as jobbers. Only the toughest and meanest survive and make it through to become fighters themselves. Some of the jobbers are masochists. It certainly helps them last longer if they get turned on by the beatdown, but not all of them do. The audience does love watching a pain-slut getting off on getting demolished in the ring, but there is definitely a demand amongst viewers for girls who aren’t enjoying themselves. Many of them are in it for the paycheck at the end, or are there with other motivations.

The fighters are celebrated, and well-paid and looked after by the UWFL, but the jobbers are not treated quite as well. Nonetheless, as they strive toward fighter status, and since they get paid for every minute they remain conscious in a match, jobbers train themselves as hard as or even harder than the fighters.

This is where you come in.

You are a UWFL jobber trainer. One of several trainers employed by the UWFL to condition the jobbers with one goal in mind: how to take maximum punishment for as long as possible before passing out. Jobbers can’t surrender anyway. Their job is to take whatever the fighters want to dish out, and the only way they leave the match is unconscious on a stretcher or when time runs out.

Training is pretty simple. Lots of cardio for endurance, plenty of abs and core workouts to armor their midsections as much as possible, and taking a beating to condition and toughen their bodies. The first two, they can do in their own time. The third is the role of the jobber trainers.

Trainers have a lot of free rein in the UWFL. They often oversee jobber group training sessions, but can also select jobbers for individual training to work on their weaknesses. Enthusiastic jobbers may even approach a trainer with requests to help them with specific weak spots.

Today is a day like any other. Outside in the gym hall is the pleasing *thud* *thud* *whap* *bap* of jobbers hitting each other. You would be out there directing them, but you’re expecting someone. Each trainer’s office is personalized, and yours is designed to include space for training jobbers. It’s soundproofed, one wall is mirrored, and the floor is lined with rubber mats. Your desk is in one corner with a nearby cupboard of various equipment, exercise machines and equipment are in another. Half the room is empty, but with sturdy metal rings variously in the walls, floor, and ceiling.

There’s a knock on your door.
