A wildly xenophobic group swept the election on the heels of the largest terrorist attack on U.S. soil. 10 days after the election that swept all 3 branches that it happened at midnight without warning. The Congress passed a bill at 8 pm that no one had even heard about. By noon the next day the president had ratified it. By the next morning it went into effect.

The Recolonization Law

1. Passports for all minorities have been revoked. Any citizens outside the U.S. have been ordered to return home immediately or face criminal charges for potential extradition.
2. Minorities may no longer hold office or vote.
3. Minorities must follow the orders of white men. The orders may not be sexual in nature until the age of 18.
4. Mixed race are not considered white until they are 15/16th Caucasian,
5. Minorities of a sexual nature such as any member of the LGBT or of a none christian faith are also considered minorities for the purposes of legal authority
6. Minorities who are properly tagged as owned do not need to follow the orders of someone who does not own them.
7. Minority women are barred from purchasing birth control without an owners consent.
8. Owned Minorities are not subject to public decency laws or laws that dictate legal sexual behavior except those relating to age.
9. Unowned minorities carrying a white man's baby are not entitled to alimony of child support of any kind.
10. White men are to use this to spread the white race and Christian values. Any attempts to use minorities as simple work slaves or **** minorities beyond what is needed to enforce compliance will lead to a revocation of the authority granted to white men.
