Jack Shaw was a standout collegiate athlete, poised for the professional ranks in either football or baseball. At 6'5" 215 pounds of chizzled manlyness he was wetting the tongues of every professional team from coast to coast. A left hander, he threw in the low 90's and was a lock to be a pitcher in the minor leagues. The Phillies had even offered him a 1.2 Million dollar signing bonus if he would have committed to them after his Junior Season. But the humble country boy from Kansas, a farmer's son, born into poverty was waiting for the right team to come along.

His girlfriend Jamie was a brainiac, brilliant in all scientific fields and was graduating top of her class in medicine. She was a rich california girl, blazing red hair, crystaline blue eyes and a smoking 5'1" frame that had athletic curves in just in the right places. She weighed 105 pounds soaking wet but could tame big Jack in a second with her puppy dog eyes.

It was in their senior year that their lives would forever change. In his second to last game as a baseball player, Jack Shaw tore his rotator cuff in his left shoulder, prompting surgery and the end of his career. It took months of drinking and sleepless nights for Jack to get over his depression and he decided to wed Jamie.

In the fall of that year, Jack and Jamie were married and as a lovely wedding gift Jamie's father gave the lovely couple a mansion of a house on the beach. 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, a study, a game room, the works. The two spent the first few days of their marraige "breaking" in each room and then on that fateful night they recieved the phone call that would set everything in motion.

"Sis?" Jamie heard as she answered. "I got evicted, I have no where to go, can I come stay with you?"

Jamie looked at Jack, his arms crossed in frustration knowing his wife's answer.

"Sure hon, anything you need, we're glad to help." Jamie said kindly

And early that next morning Jamie's 37 year old step sister Beverly arrived at the Shaw's house. But it seems she brought more than just herself... Who did she bring with her?
